These terms govern your use of syntra.media (the "Service"), operated by Tehisvoog OÜ, Tüve tn 6-2, 13418 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.
01The Service
Syntra is a subscription editorial video service that publishes a daily ranked selection of AI and creator-tool news briefs. Six preview briefs are available without an account; full access requires a trial or paid membership.
02Trial & automatic renewal
- New members receive a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
- After the trial, membership renews automatically at the plan price selected, on a recurring basis, until cancelled.
- We disclose the renewal price and date before you start. Prices may change with prior notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.
03Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime in one click; access continues to the end of the current paid period. A money-back refund is available on your first paid charge within 7 days, as described in the Refund policy.
04Acceptable use
- Memberships are for individual, personal use. Do not share, resell, or redistribute content or credentials.
- Do not scrape, circumvent access controls, or attempt to download stream content where downloads are not offered.
05Intellectual property
All editorial content, branding, and compilations are owned by Tehisvoog OÜ or its licensors. See the Content policy and DMCA policy.
06Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". Editorial briefs are journalism and commentary, not professional, legal, or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, Tehisvoog OÜ's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
