Content Policy
This policy sets out what Syntra publishes and the standards the editorial desk holds itself to. It applies to all briefs on syntra.media.
01Editorial standard
Briefs are journalism and commentary about AI and creator-tool news. We aim to be sourced, accurate, and honest — rebuilding benchmarks, reading primary documents, and saying so plainly when a launch is mostly marketing.
02Prohibited content
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
- Misappropriated footage or material used without the necessary rights or licences.
- Deceptive synthetic media presented as authentic without disclosure.
- Harassment, hate, or content that endangers others.
03AI disclosure
Where a brief uses AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals, audio, or reconstructions, we disclose it. We cover AI as a subject; we do not pass off synthetic material as genuine source footage.
04Copyright clearance
We use third-party clips and documents only with the appropriate rights, licences, or a valid basis such as fair dealing/fair use for commentary and criticism. Rights holders can reach us via the DMCA policy.
05Corrections
