Refund Policy
We want Syntra to earn its place in your morning. This policy explains the trial and the money-back guarantee on your first paid charge.
017-day free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
027-day money-back on your first charge
If your first paid period is charged and Syntra isn't for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of that charge and we will refund that period in full.
03How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include the charge date so we can locate it quickly.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or provider.
04After the first period
Renewals beyond the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
