- Billing data — plan, renewal status, and payment tokens handled by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages viewed and device/browser info, only as needed to run and secure the Service.
- Communications — messages you send to our email addresses.
02Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)
- To provide the Service and your membership — performance of a contract.
- To process payments and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.

03Your rights

04Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your membership is active and for the period required by law (for example, tax and accounting retention) afterward, then delete or anonymise them.
05Processors & transfers
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (such as hosting and, once connected, a payment provider), under contract and only as needed. We list active processors here once they are integrated; where data leaves the EU/EEA we use appropriate safeguards.
